These Terms of Use apply to the main Detwerk company website at detwerk.com and www.detwerk.com, and detwerk-website.pages.dev. The website is operated by Detwerk Innovations, publicly referred to as Detwerk. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Website Purpose

This website presents Detwerk's mechanical product development capabilities, selected areas of work, and ways to contact Detwerk. Website content is for general information only and is not a binding service offer, engineering instruction, certification advice, or professional commitment.

Nothing on this website should be treated as design approval, safety validation, manufacturing approval, regulatory advice, certification advice, or a substitute for review by qualified professionals.

Services and Project Work

Any product development, CAD, prototype, analysis, certification support, manufacturing coordination, or consulting work will require separate discussion and written agreement. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, confidentiality, ownership, and warranties are governed by the applicable written proposal, statement of work, purchase order, or contract.

If there is any conflict between these website Terms and a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement will control for that project.

Text-to-CAD Beta

Links to cadapp.detwerk.com lead to Detwerk's Text-to-CAD beta, which is a separate web application. Beta outputs are experimental and should be reviewed by qualified engineering judgment before any practical use.

Do not use beta outputs directly for manufacturing, safety-critical decisions, regulatory submissions, or commercial release without independent engineering review and validation.

User Submissions

If you submit an inquiry, project description, sketch summary, or other information through the website, you confirm that you have the right to share it with Detwerk. You grant Detwerk permission to review and use the submitted information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and evaluating whether Detwerk can help.

Do not submit confidential files, passwords, secrets, export-controlled information, or highly sensitive product details through the public contact form. Confidential handling should be discussed separately before sensitive material is shared.

Public website submissions are not treated as confidential merely because they are submitted through the contact form. Confidentiality obligations apply only when Detwerk has separately agreed to them in writing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website to:

• Send unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or spam content.
• Attempt to interfere with website security, availability, or normal operation.
